Conveyer Belting Fabrics

Industrial conveyer belts find applications in a diverse set of industries ranging from mining, cement manufacturing, steel making, to transportation of heavy materials. Belting fabrics made of nylon and polyester are used to reinforce conveyer belts prolonging their operating life. Our strength lies in customising belting fabrics as per the customers requirement. Our fabrics are manufactured using high tenacity - high modulus and low shrinkage yarns to ensure excellent dimensional stability during operations.

  We can manufacture wide width belting fabrics made of Nylon, Polyester and Poly-cotton with widths between 80cm – 220cm.

 

  Our belting fabrics are coated with our proprietary RFL (Resorcinol Formaldehyde Latex) solution to ensure an excellent adhesion to various types of rubbers including EPDM, NR, CR, SBR etc.  

     

  Polyester, Kevlar, Nylon6 or Nylon66 can be used as per the maximum temperature resistance and tensile strength required by the customer.

 

  In house spinning, warping, weaving and dipping facilities give us tight quality control over the end product. 

     

  We match our customer’s requirements in terms of construction, breaking strength, elongation, heat shrinkage, linear density, thickness and adhesion.
